The one thing I can tell you from being in the automotive industry & being an umpire for over 20 years, is that the only person stopping you from being great is yourself! So it's not who will let me do something, rather the real question is who is going to stop mer. If you have the mindset and motivation to do what the average won't then NOTHING can stop you from being the best version of you, that your'e capable of being.
